Your data can be transferred to third countries (including the US) and may be disclosed to third party subcontractors of us, in order to perform our business service, such as: event & exhibition organizers, event & exhibition designers, contractors, freight forwarders, graphic designers, accountancy companies, IT service providers, payment service providers, banks, telecommunication service providers, document reprocessing companies and applicable authorities.

If you are only using any of our websites for information and do not transmit information to us in any other way, we only collect the personal data which your browser transmits to our server, which are technically necessary for us to display our websites to you and guarantee its stability and security, during your visit, as referred by Google Analytics (Date, Time, Demographics, System, Behavior, Acquisition etc).
These data are saved and subsequently deleted automatically according to legal requirements, 14 months after the relative event.

For questions of whatever kind you are invited to use the contact form offered on our website. To put us in a position to respond we need your valid email address and your name. More details may be submitted on a voluntary basis with the objective of establishing a creative contact based to your request. All this personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted on time and yet with the completion of the event.
